1. The screen size of the laptop that OFIYAA P2 can support is 13-17.3 inches. This size is included with the screen frame.
2. The following situations are not the quality problems of the product itself, but some models of laptops are incompatible with OFIYAA P2:
△Some old models of laptop cannot be used because they do not have any MINI HDMI port and cannot be connected to OFIYAA P2. Even if you can connect the OFIYAA P2 with a conversion cable, there is only one EDID signal, which will make the two screens of the P2 display exactly the same content. In this case, dual-screen expansion is of little significance.
△Due to the some laptops’ insufficient voltage, when connected to OFIYAA P2, one screen will work normally and another one not. You can try to use an additional USB cable to power the screen.
△Some new models of laptop(Like Macbook)have two TYPE-C ports in configuration, but only one port can output signals in function, which makes them only support one screen expansion.
