1. The USB-C port has PD3.0 fast charging protocol, and the maximum power output supports 65 watts, which can meet the charging needs of many Android phones and laptops. It is recommended that the power requirements of the laptop do not exceed the USB-C load to avoid problems causing damage to the motherboard.

Warm Tips:
1. To achieve 144Hz refresh rate at 4K display resolution, NVIDIA graphics card users must use RTX20 series and above models through DP v1.4, and AMD graphics card users must use Radeon RX5700 and above models through DP v1.4.
2. Batteries for remote were NOT included, 2*AAA were needed, please purchase separately.
3. Since the VESA mounting panel was not flat, please install the provided extension screws before installing it on the VESA bracket, it’s designed to easy install them by hands without tools.
4. PS5 2K@120Hz is currently not supported.
5. HDMI 2.1 interface should be used when the display screen is required to connect with Xbox, Switch, PS and maintain 120Hz.
6. All the DP and HDMI cables were 1.5 meters/4.9 ft, please purchase an additional extension cable by yourself if you think the original ones short.
7. Damage caused by overclocking will not receive after-sales support.
8. If you PS5 doesn’t support 4K@120Hz, follow: 1. HDMI 2.1 connection via the source HDMI cable. 2. From the PS5’s home screen, head to ‘Settings’ – Select ‘Screen and Video’ and go to ‘Video Output’. You can then select whether to enable or disable 120Hz output under ‘Enable 120Hz Output’. You can double check your PS5 is capable of outputting 120Hz in the Video Output Information. Under ‘Information for the connected HDMI device’ you should see 120Hz showing up in the list of supported refresh rates. 3. Some games, like COD: Black Ops Cold War, will require you to set your PS5 to “performance mode” in your PS5 system preferences. Once done, that’ll allow you to access 120Hz support.
